摘 要:永磁电机的稳态电抗是其重要参数之一。针对永磁电机相对于异步电机结构复杂、饱和严重不均匀,局部饱和严重,难以使用磁路分析的方法准确地求得电抗参数的问题,本文以22kW样机为例,研究了负载运行时交叉饱和效应以及该效应对永磁感应电动势的影响,揭示了使用常规矢量图法测试电抗参数的不足。采用时步有限元方法计算了在负载饱和条件下由永磁体激励感应的有直、交轴分量的永磁电动势,得到改进的矢量图,提出了电抗参数的改进算法。结合使用常规矢量图法的实测数据,对比常规矢量图法和改进矢量图法的计算结果,说明改进矢量图法可以克服常规矢量图不足,提高计算的准确性。The steady-state reactance is one of the important parameters of permanent magnet(PM) motor.Compared to the induction motor,it's more difficult to obtain the accurate steady-state reactance of the PM motor using the approach method for its complex structure and the coupled circuit.This paper analyses the cross-saturation effect and its impact on the electric motive force(EMF) base on a 22kW PM.The results reveal the disadvantage of using the regular phasor diagram to acquire the steady-state reactance of the PM motor.The PM will generates the EMF with the d-axis component when the PM motor is at saturation condition.The time-stepping finite element method(T-S FEM) is used to calculate this EMF.The improved phasor diagram is derived and the improved algorithm of the reactance calculation is proposed base on the T-S FEM.Compared to the results of the two methods,it shows that the improved phasor diagram method overcomes the deficiency of the traditional phasor diagram method and can be used for the steady-state reactance calculation of the PM motor.
