摘  要:风力发电机的输出功率具有随机性和波动性,大规模风电并网对电力系统的稳定运行带来严重的影响。多功能柔性功率调节器(FPC)是一种基于双馈感应电机的飞轮储能装置,具有储能、发电和调相等多种功能。为了改善风力发电机的输出特性,提出一种新型的风力发电机与多功能柔性功率调节器的联合系统(WG-FPC),并根据WG-FPC的拓扑结构和控制目标,提出采用模糊推理方法实现有功功率的优化控制和通过FPC提供无功补偿稳定机端电压的控制策略。在Matlab/Simulink平台上进行了数学建模和仿真研究。研究结果表明,所提出的WG-FPC具有可行性和有效性,能较好地改善风力发电机并网运行特性。The power output of wind generator(WG) is unpredicted and irregular,and large scale wind power integrated to grid influences the power system stability heavily.The multi-functional flexible power conditioner(FPC) is a flywheel energy storage system based on doubly fed induction generator(DFIG),which can perform functions including energy storage,active and reactive power generation.To enhance the characteristics of WG power output,a novel structure of FPC associated to WG(WG-FPC) is proposed.According to the structure and control targets of WG-FPC,the control strategies are studied,regulating the active power of the system used fuzzy logic inference and machine terminal voltage is controlled by regulating FPC reactive power.The model of WG-FPC is built up and simulation is done using Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed WG-FPC and control strategies,and the operation characteristics of the WG connected to the grid are enhanced evidently.
