针灸治疗干眼症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针灸治疗干眼病的临床疗效。方法对2009年4月1日至2009年12月1日门诊患者中诊断为干眼症使用人工泪液自我感觉效果欠佳的13例患者加用针灸治疗。治疗21d后复查。采用SAS6．12统计软件比较患者的针灸治疗前后的主观疗效、S1T、BUT、FL染色评分。结果13例患者单纯使用人工泪液21d，53．85％自觉症状好转；针灸结合人工泪液治疗21d，76．92％自觉症状好转。加用针灸治疗后21d，S1T、BUT均延长，差异有统计学意义。结论针灸结合人工泪液治疗干眼症的效应优于单纯人工泪液治疗。Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating dry eye by acupuncture. Meth- ods There were 13 dry eyes from outpatients who were not satisfied with only used artificial tears added with acupuncture treatment in our hospital from Apr 1st to Dec 1st in 2009. After 21 days acupuncture, subjective efficacy, SIT, BUT, FL staining score were analyzed by statistical software SAS6.12. Results After 21 days treatment there were 53.85% patients felt improvement in symp- toms who only used artificial tears while 76.92% patients felt improvement in symptoms after com- bined with acupuncture in 13 patients. And SIT and BUT difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） after 21 days with acupuncture. Conclusions Acupuncture treatment of dry eye with artificial tears is better than only using artificial tears.
