档案的文化之“殇”——兼论档案馆的文化功能

摘　　要：档案的文化属性是档案馆文化功能的源泉。在文化作用日益凸显的今天,人们对档案的文化属性认识还不是很清晰,这直接影响到档案馆文化功能的发挥。笔者从档案的属性、档案是不是文化的积累和积淀、档案实用价值与文化价值的纠葛等几个问题切入,分析了制约档案馆文化功能发挥的几个重要因素,针对档案馆参与地方文化事业规划和档案文化产品开发两个问题提出思考。Archives cultural attribute is the source of archives cultural function. Today, the cultural function increasingly prominent ,people can＇t understanding the cultural attribute to archives clearly, this affect the archives of cultural functions directly. From the archive＇s basic attribute, archives is the accumu- lation of culture or not, archives practical value and cultural value, the author analyze the factors which restrict archives cultural function of several important factors, the paper focuses on the archives to partici- pate in the local culture in career planning and archives cultural product development put forward a think- ing.
