摘　　要：详细介绍档案文化的两种学术观点"成果观"和"规则观"。围绕两种观点进行内涵分析和比较,认为"成果观"有外延和界限不明、目的和任务不清等诟病,相比较,"规则观"更易被档案工作者理解和掌握。最后提出,"规则观"的档案文化应该具有档案管理还原的文化和档案管理创造的文化两层含义。This ＂achievements＂ and limitations in terms in these areas and Finally, it suggests restore and archive paper examines two academic points of view of archival culture from the conception of the conception of ＂rues＂. By comparison,it argues that the former viewpoint, has some of purpose, mission and boundary statement, while the latter one makes improvements makes the notion of archival culture much easier to understand and learn by archivists. that archival culture from the perspective of ＂rules＂ should have archive management management creation two meanings.
