知识管理中档案价值的重新发现

摘　　要：档案作为知识管理中知识资产的组成部分,在历经信息管理到知识管理的过程中,档案自形成起,其所固有的价值始终处于不变的地位,但是其使用价值不断调整以适应知识管理。在理论升华与实践改革过程中,档案价值呈现出新的特征,并在知识价值链上形成了扎实的结点。档案价值的体现是主客体关系的显现,挖掘档案价值在知识管理中的特征,能够使档案这一知识源头更好为知识管理服务。Archives as a component of knowledge assets in knowledge management, it＇s inherent value is always in the same position in the process of information management to knowledge management, but the use value is continuously adjusted to meet the knowledge management. New features of archives had been showed and formed solid node in chain of knowledge value during theory and practice reformation. Archival value is reflected in the relationship between subject and object appear, tap the features of archives value in the knowledge management is good for archives, the source of knowledge, to make better services for knowledge management.
