摘　　要：近年来,我国政府开展的透明化建设对机关档案室提出了新的要求,对外开放服务成为机关档案室工作发展所面临的一项重要课题。本文主要从政府透明化的内涵、发展趋势及其对机关档案室工作的影响、机关档案室对外开放服务的措施及实效等方面论证了机关档案室对外开放的必然性。In recent years, the transparency construction of government has carried out new demands to the authority archives in our country, opening up services has become an important issue to the authority archives in the further development. In this paper, the author has demonstrated the opening up services＇ necessity of the authority archives from the meaning of government transparency and the development trend of the government transparency,the relationship between the government transparency construction and the development of the authority archives the active measures on opening services and the real benefits of au- thority archives.
