摘　　要：新一代信息技术对商业模式创新的影响已成为学者和企业家们关注的焦点。在归纳了已有研究成果的基础上,引入"知识流"这一变量,从静态和动态两个维度对物流、资金流、商流、信息流、价值流、知识流进行了重新归类。以新一代信息技术作为商业模式创新的内生引致因素,揭示了新一代信息技术引致商业模式创新的机理,给出了基于学习机制、基于"信息流-知识流-价值流"交叉互动机制、基于知识管理机制三种商业模式的创新路径,为企业选择适宜的商业模式提供参考和借鉴。The relationship between business model innovation and the next generation of information technology has become the focus that entrepreneurs and scholars are concernel with.On the basis of existing research,reclassified in logistics stream,cash stream,business stream,information stream,value stream and knowledge stream based on the two dimensions of dynamic pattern and static pattern,by introducing knowledge stream.The next generation of information technology are seen as endogenous cause factors in the process of business model design,reveals the function mechanism caused by the next generation of information technology,tree innovation methods are proposed,they are based on learning mechanism,cross linkage among ＂information stream-knowledge stream-value stream and knowledge management＂,as a result to provide decision support for enterprises.
