我国资源型地区矿业持续发展分析

摘　　要：矿业是我国重要的基础产业,对整个国民经济持续、稳定、协调发展有着全局性的重大影响,但由于矿业开发的特殊性,导致一些矿业城市在长期发展的过程中积累了许多历史的深层次的问题,为此国家出台了一系列的扶持政策,本文通过对国家出台的有关促进资源型地区矿业持续发展的相关政策梳理,科学评述资源枯竭型城市转型成效,提出尚待解决的问题和相关政策建议。Mining is an important basic industry in our country,it has a significant impact on the whole sustained,steady and coordinated development.However,due to the special nature of mining development,itresults in some mining city accumulated historical issues and deep-seated problems during their long developing period,for which the state has adopted a series of supportive policies.The article combines the policies about promoting the sustainable development of mineral resource-based regions,evaluats the transformation effect of resource-exhausted cities scientifically and brings some unresolved problems and relevant policy suggestions.
