摘　　要：印刷用预涂感光版(PS版)基卷材在经过轧机后表面会带有大量的轧制油,在投入使用前需要进行快速高效的脱脂清洗。介绍了一种适用于印刷用PS版铝板基卷材的无泡液体碱性脱脂剂,通过泡沫试验对其进行了泡沫评价,通过与专业脱脂剂的实验室清洗效果对比,以基板及其涂覆轧制油后的中试和现场清洗效果试验对脱脂剂的脱脂性能进行了评价,对B值[用以表征Al(OH)3的浓度]、游离碱度和电导率等槽液管理参数进行了讨论。用荧光分析法检测以该脱脂剂现场清洗后的板材,得其残油量≤8mg/m2(双面),符合标准要求。There are a large amount of rolling oil on the surface of presensitized （PS） offset plate base coiled material for printing use after processing in rolling mill, therefore a rapid and efficient degreasing and cleaning will be carried out before use. In the paper, a foam-free liquid alkaline degreaser suitable for PS aluminum plate base coiled material for printing use was introduced. The foam evaluation was made by foam testing. The degreasing performance of degreaser was estimated by comparing the laboratory rinse effect with a special degreaser and by pilot test and on-site rinse effect between the base plates with and without rolling oil. The bath management parameters, such as B value [representing the concentration of AI（OH）3], free alkalinity, and electrical conductivity were discussed. The residual oil content of the plate material after on-site rinse using the degreaser is 58 mg/m2 （double-side） by fluorescence analysis, which meets the requirement of related standard.
