摘  要:随着完井工艺的发展,分段完井工艺技术已日趋成熟,但对分段优化的理论研究甚少。油田实施分段完井缺乏理论依据,鉴于这种情况,笔者通过分析影响分段完井水平井产能特有的3个因素,即打开段数、无因次油藏厚度和打开程度,提出分段完井指导思想。经过研究发现:无因次采油指数随着打开段数的增加而增加,也随着打开程度的增加而增加,且无因次采油指数受打开程度的影响较大;在打开程度一定,不同打开段数下,薄油层的无因次采油指数较高,但由于施工工艺难度和施工费用,分段完井存在最优化打开段数的问题;分段完井的水平井产能会随着打开程度的增加而增加,但打开程度增加到一定程度时,水平井产能的增幅会减少,因此分段完井存在一个最优打开程度。With development of completion technology of horizontal well,selective completion is becoming a proven technique.However,theoretical study of optimization of open intervals of selectively completed horizontal well is very poor and there is no theoretical basis to implement the partial completion in the oil field production.The theoretical foundation of optimal selective completion in oilfield is not formed.In view of this situation,we discuss the effect on the productivity of selectively completed horizontal well,including segment number,dimensionless reservoir thickness,and open degree of well.The results indicate that the dimensionless productivity index increases with segment number.The open degree of the well has bigger effect on dimensionless productivity index.If the open degree of the well is a constant,the larger number of segments will give a higher dimensionless productivity index.Because of operating technique and operation cost,the number of segments is subject to optimization.The larger the open degree of the well will give a higher productivity of selectively completed horizontal well.The production rate does not increase with the open degree of the well increase when the open degree of the well exceeds a certain value.Thus,the open degree of the well is subject to optimization.
