摘　　要：目的:调查贵州省水族儿童的神经精神发育现状。方法:在贵州省三都水族自治县,随机对6月～84月儿童进行现况调查,采用首都儿研所研制的婴幼儿发育诊断量表进行测查,共调查水族儿童217人,以汉族儿童217人为对照。结果:水族儿童发育商平均值82.82±13.53与汉族儿童发育商平均值84.07±11.98相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),大运动、精细动作、适应能力、语言、社会行为等各方面发育两民族相比差异也没有统计学意义。性别分析中水族男童和女童对比,发育差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。水族男童、女童与汉族男、女童对比发育也没有明显差异(P>0.05)。发育商分段对比水族儿童发育商低下比例6.91%低于汉族儿童的比例9.22%,水族儿童优秀的比例2.30%高于汉族儿童0.92%,但经卡方检验两民族无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:贵州水族儿童神经精神发育与汉族儿童没有明显差异,说明两民族父母的养育观念和养育方法接近。Objective：This research′s purpose is investigate the neural mental development present situation of Shui minority children in Guizhou province.Methods：Random to 6 month to 84 month children in research.a total of 217 children investigation Shui minority,to 217 children of the Han minority control by the infant development diagnosis scale of Beijing children′s research institution.Results：Compare with the average quality of develop of Shui minority children（82.82±13.53） and the average quality of develop of Han minority（84.07±11.98）.on the statistics.the difference compared not satistically significant（P0.05）.furthermore.in the aspects of Big movement,fine movement,adapting ability,language and social behavior and so on,two minority development difference in and no statistical significance（P0.05）.In the gender analysis of Shui minority children,the quality of develop wan not statistically significant（P0.05）.also there was no significant differences between the growth development of male and female in two minorties（P0.05）.And no significant difference in the quality of develop of two minorities.Conclusions：The neural mental development of Shui minority children and the neural mental development of Han minorty children have no obvious difference.the parenting concept and raising methods of two minorities′parent are very close.
