摘  要:针对平煤集团香山矿22140工作面倾斜煤层动压巷道合理支护方案设计,首先进行了围岩松动圈测试,得知上帮围岩松动圈范围普遍比下帮大;之后进行了采动作用下围岩应力变化的数值模拟分析,计算结果显示动压作用下上帮中部的应力增大值最大。综合分析结果,得知对于倾斜煤层动压巷道变形控制的关键在于针对围岩应力分布的非对称性进行设计,并给出了22140工作面巷道的合理支护方案,现场监测结果表明支护方案能够维护巷道在采动过程中的安全使用。The support method of the dynamic pressure tunnel with inclined seams is a difficult problem in the mine project.Aiming at the reasonable support design of dynamic pressure roadway at 22140 working face in Pingmei Group Xiangshan mine inclined seams,the roof range of surrounding rock loose circle is generally larger than floor by testing the surrounding rock loose circle firstly.Numerical simulation analysis of rock stress changes under mining is done and the result shows that the stress increase value in middle part of roof is the biggest.Comprehensive analysis of the results show that the key of controlling dynamic pressure roadway deformation in inclined seams is to design the asymmetry of rock stress distribution,which gives the reasonable support scheme of 22140 roadway face.On-site monitoring results show that support scheme can keep the safety of roadway in mining process.
