摘　　要：介绍了酯硬化水玻璃砂生产工艺的特点，分析了生产线的工艺流程设计和关键设备，探讨了酯硬化水玻璃砂工艺控制的方法和生产实践中需解决的主要问题。The process characteristic of ester cured sodium silicate sand was introduced. The process design and key equipments of production line were analyzed. The control of ester cured sodium silicate sand process was discussed, and the main problems in production practice were solved.
