摘　　要：产业结构调整作为有效配置资源的实现途径,正不断地上升为国家、区域和城市的经济发展战略。处于国家城镇体系顶端的中心城市,其产业结构的优化与升级遵循一般产业结构演变规律,又有着自身的特点。在以中心城市为核心的城市群逐渐成为地区和国家经济发展的主要动力时,产业结构的优化与升级应以区域分工为基础,在时间上注重主导产业的更迭,在空间上强调产业的对接,而原有经济发展状态及潜力则是中心城市产业结构优化与升级过程中不可忽视的因素。Industrial restructuring as a means to achieve efficient allocation of resources,is gradually becoming national,regional and city economic development strategy.Central city in the top of the national urban system,its industrial structure optimization and upgrading follows the general evolution of industrial structure,but also has its own characteristics.When city group with central city core has been turning into main driving force of economic development,industrial structure optimization and upgrading is based on regional division of labor,focus on leading industry alternation in time and industrial connection in space.The original state of economic development and potential are unable to ignored factors during industrial structure optimization of and upgrading.
