摘　　要：本文对中医“情志相胜”心理治疗的特点和优势做了总结，指出该疗法临床应用过程中存在的弊端，并针对这些弊端提出一些可能的改进对策，以使该疗法更具可操作性，方便临床推广使用。To summarize the features and advantages of traditional emotional inter-resistance therapy, propose some existing problems influencing its clinical application and find out corresponding possible modification to improve the feasibility of this therapy in clinical practice.
