摘 要:目的对湖北省2009-2010年小型灭螺工程的成本-效果情况进行研究,为今后血防事业的投入提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式收集工程资料,对湖北省2009-2010年183项已竣工的小型灭螺工程进行成本-效果分析。结果 183项已竣工的小型灭螺工程有螺面积下降率为32.86%,灭螺覆盖率为40.15%,单位面积灭螺费用为0.39元/m2,有螺面积下降1%的费用为67.34万元。其中,传播控制地区小型灭螺工程的效果高于传播阻断和地区;蓄水养殖类工程因环境封闭,效果好于沟渠类工程、洲滩类工程及综合类工程。结论小型灭螺工程成本低,见效快且效果好,具有很好的社会效果和重要的实际意义,值得继续开展。Objective To study the cost-effectiveness of the minor molluscicidal engineering in Hubei Province from 2009 to 2010 to provide information for the investment of schistosomiasis control in the future.Methods Cost-effectiveness analysis was carried out to analyze the economic benefit for the already completed minor molluscicidal engineering by questionnaire investigation.Results The reduction rate of snail-ridden area was 32.86%,the coverage of snail control was 40.15%,the cost of unit area of snail control was 0.39 yuan/m2,the cost of reduction of 1% area with snail was 67.34 104yuan.The total effectiveness in the area applying the minor molluscicidal engineering was better than that of the transmission-blocking area,and the area applying the impoundment farming engineering was better than that of the area applying ditch engineering and other comprehensive engineerings.Conclusion The minor molluscicidal engineering is worthy to continue to carry out because of its higher effectiveness,lower cost and practical significance.
