摘 要:目的对比分析烧结行业卫生防护距离与大气环境防护距离的差异,为制定合理卫生防护距离标准提供依据。方法对烧结企业的特征污染物进行无组织排放源源强的监测,分别采用地面浓度反推法和点源大气扩散模型计算卫生防护距离和大气环境防护距离。结果悬浮颗粒物是烧结行业无组织排放源的主要特征污染物;在当地近5年平均风速为<2 m/s、2至4 m/s及>4 m/s时,烧结企业卫生防护距离推荐值分别为1 000、900、800 m;在环境空气质量功能一类区和二类区的大气环境防护距离推荐值分别为800与400 m。结论通过对1989年标准的修订和完善,推荐的烧结行业卫生防护距离对敏感区居民健康的保护是合理可行的。Objective To establish the protection zone standard for sintering industry through the comparison between atmospheric environment protection zone and health protection zone.Methods The source intensity of characteristic pollutants in fugitive emission source was determinated by field monitoring for sintering plant,in which the health protection zone and atmospheric environment protection zone were estimated with ground concentration inverse method and point source dispersion model.Results The total suspended particulates were the main characteristic pollutant of fugitive emission source in all of the sintering industry.When the local average wind speed in the past five years were below 2 m/s,2~4 m/s and above 4 m/s respectively,the recommended value of health protection zone of sintering plant would be 1 000,900 and 800 m respectively.The recommended value of atmospheric environment protection zone of sintering plant were 800 m and 400m for the first-and second-type function areas of ambient air quality respectively.Conclusions It is considered that the revised value of health protection zone for sintering industry was reasonable and feasible through the comparison and analysis of the version of 1989's standard.
