我院2008-2011年基本药物应用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:促进基本药物在我院的应用。方法:按照《国家基本药物目录.基层医疗卫生机构配备使用部分》(2009版)、《国家基本药物云南省补充药品目录》(2009年版基层部分·第一版)及《国家基本药物云南省补充药品目录》(2009年版基层部分·第二版),统计2008-2011年我院基本药物销售数据,应用药物金额排序法及用药频度排序法,进行统计、分析。结果:我院2008-2011年基本药物使用品种数分别为277、285、291及299种,占云南省基本药物总品种数的58.56%、59.85%、61.52%和63.21%;基本药物金额占药品总金额比例分别为10.01%、10.02%、10.85%和11.09%,呈逐年上升趋势。结论:我院基本药物使用比例基本符合云南省卫生行政部门要求,但仍需进一步提高国家基本药物的应用比例,进一步降低药费,使广大患者受益。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference of the rational use of essential drug in our hospital. METHODS：Sales data of drugs included in the National Essential Drug List. Primary Medical and Health Institutions Part（2009 edition）, National Essential Drug Supplement List of Yunnan（2009 edition, 1^st edition）, and National Essential Drug Supplement List of Yunnan（2009 edition, 2nd edition） were employed to analyze from 2008 to 2011. RESULTS：In our hospital, the supply varifies of 2008 to 2011were 277, 285,291 and 299, respectively. Took up the total number 58.56%, 59.85 %, 61.52 % and 63.21%;the amount of the total drug cost of essential drug rates were 10.01%, 10.02 %, 10.85 % and 11.09 %. The consumption sum of essential drugs in our hospital showed an upward trend year after year. CONCLUSIONS： The ratio of the sale of essential drug in our hospital is just the amount of health administrative departments of Yunnan province. However, our hospital should further improve the implementation of the national es- sential drug policy and decrease drug cost, so that give the benefit to the majority of patients.
