两种方式输注恩度联合放化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者的效果观察和护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨恩度静脉滴注和持续静脉泵人两种方式联合放化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者的临床效果及护理方法。方法:恩度联合放化疗治疗的晚期肿瘤患者96例,分为试验组(恩度持续静脉泵入)48例和对照组48例(恩度静脉滴注)。按照RECIST标准和NCI-CTC标准分别评价临床疗效和不良反应,总结不同输注方法的护理要点。结果:试验组有效率为47.9%,疾病控制率为89.6%;对照组有效率为31.3%,疾病控制率为79.2%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组心脏毒性、骨髓抑制、腹胀腹泻等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:晚期肿瘤患者放化疗同期使用恩度时采取持续静脉泵入,不良反应发生率低,患者舒适度增加,依从性好,提高了医疗护理质量。Objective： To probe the effect and nursing of intravenous infusion and pump of endostar combined with chemora- diotherapy on multiple kinds of advanced malignancies. Methods： Ninety-six patients with advanced malignancies were randomly divided into experimental（trial） group（ intravenous pumping）and control group（ intravenous infusion）. Both groups were treated by che- moradiotherapy. The curative effect and adverse reactions were respectively evaluated according to RECIST and NCICTC criteria. Re- sults： The effective rate was 47.9% and disease control rate was 89. 6% in the experimental group. The effective rate was 31.3% and disease control rate was 79. 2% in the control group. The comparison between these two groups showed no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The incidence of cardiotoxicity, myelosuppression, diarrhea and abdominal distension of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group with significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Intravenous pumping of endostar combined with chemora- diotherapy for the patients with advanced malignancies has lower adverse reaction, good compliance of patients. It can improve the quality of nursing.
