摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶浸渍法,制备了ZrO2-TiO2的复合半导体光催化剂TZ500-1.0,采用SEM和XRD对TZ500-1.0进行表征。以三氯生(TCS)为目标污染物,选取TCS初始质量浓度、TZ500-1.0投加量、pH和温度4个主要试验因素,用正交试验考察了TZ500-1.0的光催化性能。结果表明,TZ500-1.0的光催化活性很高,并得出了降解TCS的最优试验条件:TCS初始质量浓度35 mg/L,TZ500-1.0投加量0.1 mg/L,pH为11,温度为45℃,最高去除率为92.11%。其中,催化剂投加量是首要影响因素。Sol-gel impregnation method was used to synthesize the composite catalyst TZ500-1.0 with ZrO2 and TiO2,The samples were characterized by XRD and SEM techniques.A orthogonal experiment was designed to test the photocatalytic performance of TZ500-1.0 with a goal pollution of triclosan(TCS);Selection of four major factors: initial concentration of TCS,TZ500 1.0 dosage,pH value and temperature.The results show that the photocatalytic activity of TZ500 1.0 is high and the optimum experimental condition is: the initial concentration of TCS is 35 mg/L,TZ500 1.0 dosage is 0.1 mg/L,pH value is 11,temperature is 45 ℃,the highest removal rate is 92.11%.Among the four factors,catalyst dosage is the primary influencing factor.
