摘  要:考察了ABR-AO反应器处理双乙烯酮、安赛蜜废水的启动运行特点。先以COD为40~400 mg/L的生活污水培养颗粒污泥,闷曝8 d使污泥恢复活性;再将污泥投入反应器中,用生活污水和生产废水的混合液驯化污泥,并以10%的比例逐步提高生产废水的比例。试验结果表明,在污泥体积回流比为50%,上清液体积回流比为100%,进水COD为300~800 mg/L,流量为0.1 L/h的条件下,ABR中第1、2格室为产酸反应器,第3格室为产甲烷反应器,实现了微生物相分离;运行45 d后,生产废水比例达到70%,此时反应器对COD的去除率稳定在75%左右,对NH3-N的去除率稳定在60%~70%,且颗粒污泥性能良好,可以认为启动工作完成。The characteristics of the start-up operation of ABR-AO reactor for treating diketene,acesulfame-K wastewater have been investigated.The granular sludge was cultivated with domestic sewage whose COD was 40~400 mg/L,reactivated the suldge through 8d aerating;Then put the suldge into reactor,acclimatized with the mixture of domestic sewage and diketene,acesulfame-K wastewater,the diketene and acesulfame-K wastewater was gradually increased with 10% proportion.Result showed that at the condition of the returned sludge ratio 50%,the returned supernatant ratio 100%,the inflowed COD 300~800 mg/L,and the rate of flow 0.1 L/h,the first room and the second room were acid-making reactor,the third room was methane-making reactor,and isolation of microbes stage was realized;After 45 d the proportion of industrial wastewater up to 70%,and the COD removal rate keep steadily remains on 75% in the reactor,the NH3-N removal rate keep steadily between 60%~70%,the capability of granular sludge was favorable and the start-up operation has thus been finished.
