狼紫草水提物对小鼠急性腹膜炎模型血清炎性细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察狼紫草水提物(AELO)对急性腹膜炎小鼠血清中炎性细胞因子浓度的影响。方法:采用煎煮法制备狼紫草水提物,0.6%醋酸腹腔注射建立小鼠急性腹膜炎模型。用双抗夹心ELISA法测量给药后小鼠血清中IL-1β、IL-6以及TNF-α等细胞因子水平。结果:给药6 h后,提示各AELO(10～40 g.kg-1)处理组血清中IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α浓度较腹膜炎模型组均显著降低(P<0.05),且降低程度与AELO剂量呈显著正相关。结论:狼紫草水提物能有效减少IL-1β,IL-6以及TNF-α等炎性细胞因子的生成。OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of aqueous extract from Lycopsis orientalis Linn （AELO） on the serum levels of inflammatory cytokine in acute peritonitis mice. METHODS AELO was prepared with decocting method. Acute peritonitis model was duplicated with 0. 6% acetic acid chemical stimulus in mice. Serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-a were detected with ELISA techniques. RESULTS Six hours after acetic acid injection, the serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-a in AEI.O treatment groups （10-40 g. kg-1 ） were significantly lower than that in peritonitis group （P〈0. 05）. The decreasing degree was markedly positive correlation with the dose of AELO. CONCLUSION The administration of AELO could significantly decrease the serum level of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-a in acute peritonitis mice.
