摘  要:目的建立速效救心丸五波长HPLC指纹谱(FW-HPLC-FP),综合鉴定速效救心丸质量。方法用均值法和主成分整合法分析五波长下各样品定性定量信息,用系统指纹定量法鉴定了12批样品。结果以藁本内酯为参照物峰,根据速效救心丸中化学成分的最大紫外吸收选择检测波长为265 nm、276 nm、290 nm、300 nm和310 nm,并分别指认了29、31、29、27和24个共有指纹峰。以系统指纹定量法鉴定了12批速效救心丸样品质量差异。结论所建立方法快捷、有效和可靠,可作为速效救心丸整体质量控制参考。AIM To establish five wavelength HPLC(FW-HPLC) fingerprints of Suxiao Jiuxin Pill(SXJXP) and to quantitatively identify its quality.METHODS The average method(AM) and principal component integrated analysis method(PCI) were used respectively to integrate the different chemical qualitative and quantitative information from different FW-HPLC-FPs,and the qualities of 12 batches of samples were identified by the systematically quantified fingerprint method(SQFM).RESULTS The chromatographic fingerprints(CFPs) were developed by RP-HPLC,and 29,31,29,27 and 24 co-possessing peaks were marked respectively under 265 nm,276 nm,290 nm,300 nm and 310 nm by choosing ligustulide(LGS) peak as the referential peak.There were some differences in the inherent quality among 12 batches of Suxiao Jiuxin Pill which were identified by SQFM.CONCLUSION The established method is quick,effective and reliable.It can be used as a reference for the quality control of Suxiao Jiuxin Pill.
