摘  要:本文介绍了系统的特点、组成、功能以及微机系统实时处理软件和事后处理软件包的结构、流程和作用。还讨论了GJ-3型轨检系统的推广应用、采用轨道质量指数评价轨道状态,制定维修计划以及健全轨道检查体制等问题。This paper is intended to describe the state-of-the-art of track inspection cars, in international de- velopment and the present status of our domestic track inspection cars.GJ-3 track geometry measuring system is successfully developed at home for the purpose of upda-ting domestic track inspection cars. It is mainly used to measure track geometry and dynamic parame-ters. The system employs some advanced technologies such as the inertia reference principle, the opticelectric technique, the gyroscope platform, and computers, etc. which have brought forth improved measuring accuracy and enhanced automation. The system is reliable and stable, offering accurate measuring results and real time information on track conditions.Introduced in this paper are the characteristics, composition and functions of the system as well as the structure, flow chart and functions of both the real time and off-line processing software packages used in the microcomputer system. Such issues as to popularize GJ-3 track geometry measuring system, to evaluate track conditions, to better track maintenance scheduling by using track quality index, and to perfect the rules and regulations for track inspection, etc. are also dealt with in this paper.
