摘 要:介绍了桁架梁的结构特点,分析了桁架梁杆件的受力情况,确定了桁架梁强度分析的载荷工况组合。针对圆管带式输送机桁架梁结构的特殊性,将ANSYS应用于桁架梁结构分析中,通过建立桁架梁的有限元模型,分析桁架梁在多种工况载荷组合下其主要杆件应力、应变和位移的变化情况。说明ANSYS软件可为设计经济可靠的桁架梁提供有力的计算工具和实现方法。利用APDL语言实现参数化分析,便于进行桁架梁结构轻量化设计。The structural characteristics of the truss girder were introduced,and the force status of its bars was analyzed and the combination of loading condition for analyzing the strength of the truss girder was determined.According to the particularity in the structure of the truss girder of the tubular belt conveyor,ANSYS was applied to the analysis of the structure of the truss girder.After establishing the f inite element model of the truss girder,the paper analyzed the stress,strain and displacement of its main bars while the truss girder being at various combination of loading condition.The results showed that:ANSYS could offer powerful calculation tool and realization method for designing economical and reliable truss girder;application of APDL language to parametric analysis facilitated the lightweight design of the truss girder.
