摘 要:颚板是复摆颚式破碎机的主要工作构件,在破碎物料的过程中经受物料的严重磨损和激烈的冲击作用,颚板的寿命成为工程上关注的重点问题。通过对颚式破碎机颚板的运动进行分析,结合破碎腔内物料的运动受力分析、颚板失效后的表面微观状态等情况,对颚式破碎机颚板的失效进行了分析,从而得出破碎机在进行破碎时颚板失效的原因,并寻求更合理的颚板材料,以提高其使用寿命。Jaw plate is a main work component of the jaw crusher.During crushing course,material withstands severe wear and f ierce impact.The lifespan of the jaw plate becomes the focus in projects.After analyzing the movement of the jaw plate of the jaw crusher,and in combination with the analysis of the force status of material in crushing camber and the surface microstructure of failure jaw plate,the paper analyzed the failure of the jaw plate.At last,the failure causes of the jaw plate were found out,which offered foundation for looking for more reasonable material for the jaw plate so as to enhance its service lifespan.
