聚脲喷涂弹性体技术中国专利申请分析

摘　　要：以聚脲喷涂弹性体技术的中国专利申请数据为分析样本,从中国专利申请的地区分布、时间分布、申请人、技术构成等多角度详细剖析了国内聚脲喷涂弹性体专利技术的整体发展状况。研究表明,我国聚脲喷涂弹性体行业的技术基础薄弱,研究主要集中于聚脲的复配产物及其在涂料和粘合剂的应用方面,整体技术含量相对较低。而在国际上,聚脲的研究方向主要在聚脲树脂的合成及其化学改性方面,这是重点核心技术所在。建议国内企业和研究机构重视专利保护,加强技术研发力度,制定符合国情的专利战略。Chinese patent applications about spray polyurea elastomer were analyzed and studied based on area distribution, time distribution, applicant, and technical characteristic. It is showed that there is a weak technical base of spray polynrea elastomer industry in China,the research of which mainly focuses on the composite of polyurea and in the field of coatings and adhesives applications. The technical gold content of spray polyurea elastomer industry in China is relatively low. In the international arena, the main research directions are synthesis and chemical modification,which are the core technologies. Therefore,it is suggested that the domestic enterprises and research institutions should pay more attention to patent protection,strengthen R＆D efforts and develop a patent strategy in line with national conditions.
