摘 要:以热工性能为导向,研制了一种无机复合烧结页岩空心砖。将5排12孔洞砖改为6排13孔,增加1个单填充孔,且于单填充孔内灌注自制保温填料,所得无机复合烧结页岩空心砖具有良好的热工性能、力学性能及隔声性能。保温填料配比中约掺1/3的粉煤灰,增加了其环境效益。此外,灌装工艺的突破极大提升了该产品的规模化、工业化生产能力和推广价值。The article researched a kind of inorganic composite sintered shale hollow brick based its thermal properties. For bricks,their style of five lines and twelve borings was replaced by the style of six lines and thirteen borings which increased a through boring. Inorganic composite sintered shale hollow brick had a favorable thermal property and qualified mechanical property and well sound insulation property by pouring into insulating mortar in the through boring. Meanwhile,it also had a well environment benefit because of the fly ash ingredient of the insulating mortar. In addition,its production capacity of industrialization and promotional value were highly improved by the breakthrough of the encapsulation craft.
