灌水器国家标准的对比分析及制修订建议

摘　　要：灌水器标准是微灌产品标准中最重要的标准之一,现有7个囯家、行业标准并存,其中有的标准己过时、重复,有的存在诸多缺陷,过时的行业标准应废除,旧的国家标准应修订或重新制订。对7个标准的检捡项目列表进行对比,并对标准的优缺点进行了详细分析,提出了废除、制订国家、行业标准的建议和修订标准的具体内容。The standards of emitters are regarded as the most important ones among the series micro-irrigation products standards.At present,there are seven existing national and industry standards for emitter products.However,some of them have been out-of-date,and the others have much more repetition or deficiency.To better popularize micro-irrigation technologies,these out-of-date industry standards should be abolished,and old national standards should be revised or made up completely again.Therefore,a detailed analysis on the standards of emitters has been done in the paper.The comparison among the seven standards has been carried out according to their inspection items.Simultaneously,the merits and weakness of each item are analyzed in detail for each other.As a result,some actually constructed or modified suggestions on the seven existing standards are put forward in this paper.
