摘  要:以Al2O3为载体,采用浸渍沉淀法制备了系列ZrO2/Fe2O3/Ni2O3/Al2O3催化剂。采用TG-DTA,XRD及SEM等技术对催化剂进行表征,确定催化剂的最佳焙烧温度为460℃。正交实验结果表明,在焙烧温度460℃、Ni2O3负载量50%、Fe2O3负载量2.5%、ZrO2负载量5%条件下,催化剂催化分解H2O2的效果最好,H2O2分解率达到98.65%。在初步处理甲醇、甲苯、间氨基苯磺酸和间二乙胺基苯磺酸钠有机废水的实验中,CODCr的去除率分别达到98%,87.25%,82.64%和86.12%。A series of ZrO2/Fe2O3/Ni2O3/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by the method of impregnation and precipitation.The catalysts were characterized by thermogravimetry,X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results indicated that the appropriate calcination temperature was 460 ℃.Orthogonally arranged experiments showed that with calcination temperature of 460 ℃,50% Ni2O3 loading,2.5% Fe2O3 and 5% ZrO2 as promoters,the catalyst has the highest H2O2 decomposition ability,with H2O2 decomposition of 98.65%.Preliminary experiments for the organic waste water treatment illustrated that the CODCr removal efficiency for methanol,toluene,metanilic acid and m-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid were 98%,87.25%,82.64% and 86.12%,respectively.
