摘　　要：目的探讨检测慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者血清中干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）的水平变化及意义。方法选择100例COPD患者作为研究对象，其中急性加重期50例，稳定期50例，另外选择30例健康体检者作为正常对照组，采用酶联免疫法分别检测血清中IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α的水平。结果COPD急性加重期和缓解期患者血清IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-8和TNF—α的水平明显高于健康对照组（P〈0．05），COPD急性加重期IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-8和TNF—α的水平明显高于缓解期患者（P〈0．05）。结论IFN-、IL-6、IL-8和TNF—α是COPD的病理生理过程中重要的炎性介质，在COPD的发生及发展过程中可能起重要作用。检测IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α有助于COPD患者病情及预后的判断。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum levels of in- terferon-γ（ IFN-γ）, interleukin-6 （ IL-6）, IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α （ TNF-α ） in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods The serum was sampled and prepared from 100 cases of COPD（exacerbation group 50 cases, remission group 50 cases）patients and 30 healthy per- sons. The serum levels of IFN-γ, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α were detected by ELISA. Results Serum lev- els of IFN-γ, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the cases of COPD with stable stage and the period of AECOPD were higher than those in the healthy cases （P 〈 0. 05）. Serum levels of IFN-γ, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the period of AECOPD were higher than those in the cases of COPD with stable stage （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions IFN-γ, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-αparticipated in the pathogenesis of COP]）. Monitoring the changes of their serum levels is helpful for the management of the disease, and probably can be a prog- nostic factor of COPD.
