摘  要:目的探讨间断性与持续缓慢低效血液透析法治疗心肾综合征的疗效。方法将南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2008年1月至2010年4月收治的50例心肾综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用间断性血液透析治疗,治疗组采用持续缓慢低效血液透析法治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐(Ccr)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)的水平以及心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)及两组的超滤脱水量(uF)。结果两组治疗后Scr、BUN、Ccr、B2微球蛋白显著优于治疗前(P〈0.05),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。治疗组治疗后的UF显著优于对照组,MAP较对照组相对稳定(P〈0.05)。结论持续缓慢低效血液透析法治疗心肾综合征疗效较好,血液动力学稳定。Objective To compare the intermittent and continuous slow and inefficient hemodi- alysis for heart and kidney syndrome. Methods Fifty cases with heart and kidney syndrome admitted in our hospital from January 2008 to April 2010 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with intermittent hemodialysis treatment, and the pa- tients in treatment group were treated with continued slow and inefficient method of hemodialysis treat- ment. The serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), endogenous creatinine (Ccr),β2-mi- croglobulin (β2-MG) levels and heart rate ( HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and ultrafiltration vol- ume (UF) were compared before and after treatment. Results Scr, BUN, Ccr,β2-microglobulin of the two groups after treatment were significantly better than that before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ) , but there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). UF after treatment in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and MAP was relatively stable compared with the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Continued slow inefficient hemodialysis for heart and kidney dialysis syndrome has good effect and hemodynamic stability.
