摘 要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和内皮素-1(ET-1)的表达及意义。方法选择80例COPD患者作为研究对象,其中急性加重期40例,稳定期40例,另外选择30例健康体检者作为正常对照组,采用酶联免疫法(EHSA)分别检测血清中IFN-γ、TNF-α和ET-1的水平。结果COPD急性加重期和缓解期患者血清IFN-γTNF-α和ET-1的水平明显高于健康对照组(P〈0.05),COPD急性加重期IFN-γ、TNF-α和ET-1的水平明显高于缓解期患者(P〈0.05)。结论IFN-1、TNF—α和ET-1参与了COPD的发病机制,在COPD的发生及发展过程中可能起重要作用。检测IFN-γ、TNF-α和ET-1有助于COPD患者病情及预后的判断。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum interfer- on-γ (IFN-γ) , tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods The serum was sampled and prepared from 80 cases of COPD ( exacerbation group 40 eases, remission group 40 cases) patients and 30 healthy persons. Serum level of IFN-γ, TNF-α and ET-1 were detected by ELISA. Results Levels of IFN-γ, TNF-α and ET-1 in the cases of COPD with stable stage and the period of AECOPD were higher than those of the healthy cases ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Levels of IFN-γ, TNF-α and ET-1 in the period of AECOPD were higher than those in the cases of COPD with stable stage (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions IFN-γ, TNF-α and ET-1 participa- ted in the pathogenesis of COPD. Monitoring the changes of their serum levels is helpful for the manage- ment of the disease. And it probably can be a prognostic factor of COPD.
