摘  要:从计算流体动力学出发,应用AutoCAD软件建立双列燕尾槽的三维几何模型,使用Gambit软件对从整体模型中切割下来的计算区域进行网格划分,采用Fluent软件对其端面流场进行数值模拟,得到端面压力场的分布规律。结果表明:使用Fluent软件分析干气密封是可行的;燕尾槽干气密封具有较好的动压效应,动压效应主要发生在槽区,且迎风面要好于背风面;在燕尾槽的槽尾处会产生尖角效应,在迎风面和背风面分别增强和消弱动压效应。Based on the theory of CFD ( Computation Fluid Dynamics), the three-dimensional geometry model of the two- row dovetail-shape groove dry gas seal was built by using AutoCAD software, and the gridding of the computing region was reached with Gambit software to the cutting down piece from integral model. The gas flow capacity was reached with computer simulation in Fluent software, and the pressure distribution gained. The results indicate that it is feasible to deal with dry gas sealing by Fluent software. The hydrodynamic effect is very well in this seal and it mainly occurrs in the groove region. The hydrodynamic effect in the windward side is greater than the leeward side. The comer effect produced on the sharp corner of the dovetail-shape groove will enhance the hydrodynamic effect in the windward side, and reduce the hydrodynamic effect in the leeward side.
