摘　　要：目的:探讨广州市社区高血压患者社会支持现状及其影响因素。方法:随机抽取广州市三个城市社区18岁以上高血压患者576名,采用社会支持评定量表﹙SSRS﹚进行社会支持的现况调查。结果:社区高血压患者社会支持总分为39.03±0.34分,低于全国常模44.34±8.38分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),社区高血压患者社会支持水平低于国内常模;多重线性回归分析显示,年龄、性别、职业状况、婚姻状况、医疗费用支付方式是患者社会支持水平的重要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:广州市社区高血压患者社会支持现状不容乐观,建议社区医护人员为患者营造良好的社会支持性环境,有效利用社区资源,提高患者的社会支持水平。Objective To explore the status of social support on patients with hypertension in communities of Guangzhou and its influencing factors.Methods 576 cases of patients with hypertension aged over 18 years were randomly sampled from 3 urban communities in Guangzhou,and surveyed with social support rating scale（SSRS）.Results The total score of social support on patients with hypertension was significantly lower than national norms（39.03±0.34 v.s 44.34±8.38,P0.01）;The result from multivariate regression analysis showed that age,gender,occupation,marital status and methods to medical expense payment were the important influencing factors to social support.Conclusion The status of social support on patients with hypertension in communities in Guangzhou is not optimistic.It is suggested that medical professionals should provide good social supportive surroundings,make full use of community resource to effectively improve social support on these patients.
