摘　　要：文章分别从社会视角、代理机构视角及个人视角对灾害应急联动管理现状以及灾害应急联动管理信息共享和协调现状进行剖析,分析其中信息共享与协调存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议,并指明未来研究方向。The paper anatomizes the status quo of joint management of disaster emergencies and the current situation of information sharing and coordination from the perspective of society,agency and individual,analyzes the problems in information sharing and coordination,and proposes some relevant countermeasures.Finally,the paper points out the direction of future study.
