摘　　要：文章对区域图书馆的概念作了界定,并以此为基础,分析区域图书馆均衡发展的必要性。针对我国区域图书馆均衡发展的现状进行调查,以贵州省公共图书馆现状调查为例,来体现区域图书馆均衡发展的潜在动力和趋势,分析区域图书馆发展的失衡因素,提出区域图书馆均衡发展的相关策略和措施。This paper defines the concept of the regional library,and based on this,analyzes the necessity of the balanced development of the regional library.Based on the investigation of the status quo of the balanced development of the regional libraries in China and taking the investigation of the status quo of the public libraries in Guizhou Province for example,the paper points out the potential motive power and trend of the balanced development of the regional libraries,analyzes the factors of their imbalance,and proposes some relevant strategies and measures.
