摘 要:循环水系统是电站重要的辅机系统之一,对于电站运行的经济性有很大的影响,由于采用母管制循环水系统的小机组,循环水系统的运行管理十分粗放,电能消耗大,传统方法往往以运行经验为主。为了降低循环水系统的运行成本,提高循环水系统运行自动化控制。以某电站的母管制循环水系统为研究对象,对循环水系统的运行进行优化。首先,建立电站优化目标方程,确定优化目标。根据优化方程的求解条件,建立了汽轮机的发电量模型、凝汽器的压力模型等,并对目标方程进行在线实时求解,获得了母管制循环水系统运行方式的最优解,即母管制循环水系统进行仿真。结果表明,通过母管制循环水优化系统的运用,可以有效降低机组运行成本,减少循环水泵电耗。Circulating water system, which was one of the most important auxiliary systems, impactes on the oper- ation economy of power plants. For a lot of small units using bus-piping circulating water system, the operation man- agement is extensive. The operation experiences are the basis of Operation management. In order to decrease the run- ning cost and increase automation level, the operation of bus-piping circulating water system was optimized based on the bus-piping circulating water system of one power plant. At first, the optimization objective function and optimiza- tion aim were established. Secondly, the power model of turbine and condenser pressure model were established. Thirdly, the optimization objective function was solved. The solution of the optimization objective function was the best operations of bus-piping circulating water system. At last, the optimization was analysed. The p practice proves that the optimization system can depress the power consumption and improve the economy of power plant.
