摘 要:目的探讨束缚应激对大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法大鼠随机分为4组:正常对照组(Ctr)、束缚1周组(R1)、束缚2周组(R2)和束缚4周组(R4)。取大鼠血清用ELISA方法检测糖皮质激素(GC)、白介素-6(IL-6)和白介素-17(IL-17)水平,单向免疫扩散法检测免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平。分离外周血中单核细胞,用吞噬中性红法检测大鼠单核巨噬细胞(Mo/Mφ)的吞噬能力。结果束缚组大鼠GC、IL-6水平显著高于Ctr组,IL-17、IgG含量和外周血单核巨噬细胞吞噬能力显著低于Ctr组。结论束缚应激可以使大鼠免疫功能显著降低。Objective To explore the effect of restraint stress on the rat immune system.Methods Rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group(Ctr),restraint for one week(R1),restraint for two weeks(R2) and restraint for four weeks(R4).Glucocorticoid(GC),interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-17(IL-17) in serum were determined by ELISA and immunoglobulin G(IgG) was determined by single radial immunodiffusion.The mononuclear cells were separated from the peripheral blood.The phagocytic activity of rat mononuclear macrophages(Mo/Mφ) was detected by the neutral red.Results GC and IL-6 levels in restraint rats were significantly higher than in the Ctr group while the contents of IL-17,IgG,and the phagocytic capacity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells were significantly lower than those of the Ctr group.Conclusion Restraint stress can significantly reduce the immune function of rats.
