摘 要:目的探讨新型杀菌剂烯肟菌胺(SYP-1620)对斑马鱼胚胎发育的影响。方法采用经济合作与发展组织(OECD)推荐的斑马鱼胚胎发育方法 ,将受精后2 h内的斑马鱼鱼卵暴露于不同浓度梯度的烯肟菌胺(0.1、0.2、0.4、0.8、1.0 mg/L)及其混配制剂爱可(1.0、2.0、4.0、8.0、16.0 mg/L)。观察烯肟菌胺和爱可暴露对斑马鱼胚胎发育形态及孵化率、死亡率的影响。用线性拟合法计算斑马鱼胚胎发育到96 h的半致死浓度(LC_(50)。结果烯肟菌胺和爱可暴露主要造成斑马鱼胚胎发育迟缓、孵化率和存活率明显降低,同时,还出现了胚胎卵黄膜外凸、仔鱼心包水肿和尾巴弯曲等形态的畸形以及仔鱼存活时间缩短;斑马鱼胚胎暴露于烯肟菌胺原药和爱可96 h的LC_(50)分别为0.43和10.27 mg/L。结论烯肟菌胺对斑马鱼胚胎发育具有明显的毒性作用,提示其对生态环境具有潜在危害。Objective To study the effects of the fungicide SYP-1620 on the development of zebrafish embryos. Methods In the present study ,the fertilized eggs of zebrafish in 2 h were exposed to SYP-1620 at the doses of 0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8 and 1.0 mg/L respectively and exposed to the mixture of 10% SYP-1620 plus tebuconazole at the doses of 1.0,2.0,4.0,8.0 and 16.0 mg/L respectively using embryo development technique recommended by OECD. The effects of two fungicides exposure on the morphological development, hatching rates and mortality rates of zebrafish embryos were studied. The 96 h LCs0 for SYP-1620 and its mixture in zebrafish embryos toxicity was calculated by linear-fitting method. Results SYP-1620 and the mixture of SYP-1620 exposure reduced hatching rates,survival rates of zebrafish embryos and abnormal development including pericardial edema and spinal flection abnormalities of larvae. The 96 h LC50 for SYP-1620 and its mixture in zebrafish embryos toxicity were 0.43 and 10.27 mg/L respectively. Conclusion SYP-1620 presents adverse effects on embryo development of zebrafish, which presents potencial hazard to the ecological environment.
