摘　　要：通过借鉴区域现代化和林业现代化以及可持续发展的指标体系,设计国有林区现代化发展特殊的评价指标体系,对黑龙江森工国有林区现代化发展水平进行实证分析。黑龙江森工林区仍处于现代化的前期,制约林区现代化的因素主要是经济和社会两个方面,针对制约因素,提出推进林区现代化进程的建议。By learning from the index system of regional modernization,forestry modernization and sustainable de velopment,this paper designed the special evaluation index system for the modernization of state-owed forestry re gion,then does empirical study on the development level of Heilongjiang forest industry region’s modernization,and obtained the result that it is still in the earlier period before modernized.The main factors restricting the mod ernization of forest areas are economic and social factors.Constraining these factors,this paper pertinently point out the approaches to realize the modernization of forestry region,which can provide a promising alternative to the de velopment of state-owned forestry region modernization practice.
