摘 要:转子的强度和应力分析是设计高速内嵌式永磁电机的一个重要环节。在电机高速运行时,隔磁桥作为IPM电动机转子结构最容易断裂的部分,主要承受离心力、电磁力以及永磁体吸引力三种力的作用。利用电磁和结构有限元计算,可以分析出隔磁桥和极靴部分的形变和应力分布。提出了一种高效的机械强度分析方法。与传统的有限元法相比,该方法无需进行物理场的切换,计算量大大减少。仿真和实验结果表明该方法实用有效。Strength and stress analysis for rotor was an important part of interior permanent magnet (IPM) motor de- sign. Bridges were the weakest parts in the rotor, which mainly bore three kinds of forces including centrifugal force, electro- magnetic force and attraction force. Electromagnetic and structural finite element method (FEM) analysis were used to pre- clict the maximum stress and deformation of the bridge and pole shoe. The whole process was complicated. A simplified me- chanical strength analysis method ,which had simplified the calculation greatly, was presented. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by simulation and experimental results.
