摘 要:基于凸极转子无刷双馈电机转子磁耦合能力弱、谐波含量大、电机效率不高等劣势,借助于Ansoft有限元分析软件,对一种新型深槽式凸极转子无刷双馈电机进行有限元分析,计算得知空间磁场效应图、空间磁密分布,并通过傅里叶分解得出空间磁密各次谐波比例,并比较了传统的凸极转子无刷双馈电机的计算结果,结果表明深槽式凸极转子具有更好的磁场调制效果,极大地提高了凸极转子磁耦合能力。A brushless doubly-fed machine (BDFM) of salient poles rotor with deep slops was analyzed by Ansoft fi- nite element analysis software for its characteristics of bad rotor magnetic coupling ability, high harmonic content and low efficiency. The space field effect figure and the space flux density distribution were obtained. The flux density of every har- monic quantity was gotten through Fourier decomposition,and the calculation results of the new salient poles rotor and the traditional salient poles rotor were compared. The results show that the new salient poles rotor with deep slots have better rotor magnetic field modulation effect and the salient poles rotor magnetic coupling ability is improved.
