摘 要:目的:提高水痘疫苗产量和厂房的利用率。方法:采用细胞工厂培养MRC-5细胞,以Roux瓶培养作对照,比较两种工艺的细胞生产情况、原液收获量等,并进行各项检定。结果:在同样细胞复苏量的条件下,采用细胞工厂比Roux瓶工艺生产的水痘疫苗产量要高,且各项检测指标均合格。结论:利用细胞工厂制备水痘疫苗,不仅提高了疫苗产量,而且节省了培养空间,降低了污染率,可用于水痘疫苗的大规模生产。Objective:To improve the yield and plant utilization of varicella vaccine. Methods:MRC-5 cells were cultured on cell factory, using those cultured in Roux bottle as control. The growths of cells and yield of harvested virus cultured by the two methods were compared. The harvested virus liquid was concentrated by ultrafi- hration, then subjected to control tests. Results:In the condition of same quantity of recovery, varicella vaccine prepared by cell factory showed higher yield, compared with vaccine prepared by Roux bottle. The bulk was qualified in control tests. Conclusion :The yield of vaccine prepared by culture of MRC-5 cell on cell factory increased, while the cultural space and contamination decreased,indicating that cell factory might be used for large-scale pro- duction of varicella vaccine.
