中国牛蒡属药用植物果实脂肪油类成分GC-MS分析

摘　　要：目的:分析比较中国牛蒡属药用植物果实脂肪油的化学成分,为其进一步合理应用提供参考。方法:采用溶剂提取法提取药材中的脂肪油,甲酯化后采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对化学成分进行分析鉴定,以面积归一化法计算求得各组分的相对百分含量。结果:从牛蒡果实脂肪油中得到20个色谱峰,鉴定出10个,从毛头牛蒡果实脂肪油中得到8个色谱峰,鉴定出6个。结论:中国牛蒡属药用植物果实中含有大量脂肪油,已鉴定两者共有6个成分,亚油酸的相对含量都大于60%,具有极大的潜在开发利用价值。Objective： To analyze and compare the chemical constituents of fatty oils extracted from fructus arctii and the fruit of Arctium tomentosum Mill.,providing references for further rational development and utilization of them.Method：The fatty oils were extracted by solvent extraction,and the chemical constituents were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS） after methyl esterification,then the relative percentage content of each component was calculated by normalization of peak area.Result：10 components were identified from the fatty oils of fructus arctii,6 components were identified from the fatty oils of Arctium tomentosum Mill.,and these 6 components are existing in the fatty oils of fructus arctii.Conclusion：The fruits of Arctium lappa L.and Arctium tomentosum Mill.contain a lot of fatty oils,and it has great potential development value.
