1800例女大学生痛经病因及证候分布规律调查研究

摘　　要：目的:分析当代女大学生痛经的相关病因、中医证型分布及经期生活质量。方法:采用整群分层随机抽样的方法调查天津5所高校的1800例女大学生的痛经情况,使用EpiData快速录入问卷,运用SPSS 11.5软件包进行统计分析。结果:原发性痛经的总发生率为77.94%,影响因素为平素喜冷饮冷食、经期喜冷饮冷食、平素有暴饮暴食、平素爱生气、经期适量体育运动、平素怕冷、平素有小腹疼痛、母亲年轻时有痛经、居室潮湿等,组合影响因素为运动、遗传、相关症状、性生活;中医证型分布为寒凝血瘀证占37.25%,气血虚弱证占27.10%,气滞血瘀证占24.49%,肾气亏虚证占6.67%,湿热瘀阻证占4.49%;痛经对女大学生经期生活质量影响较大,主要反映在生理、心理、社会等方面,对其生活质量的影响以轻、中度为主,少数有重度影响。结论:女大学生痛经发病率有升高的趋势,各种因素均可诱发痛经,且严重影响了女大学生经期生活质量。Objective： To analyze the causes of dysmenorrhea and TCM syndrome distribution and the quality of life during the dysmenorrhea of contemporary female college students.Methods：Questionnaire was used to survey 1800 cases of dysmenorrhea in female university students in 5 different colleges with cohort stratified random sampling method.Input Software was Epidata.Statistical analysis software was SPSS 11.5.Results：The incidence of dysmenorrhea was 77.94%,its effect factors were cool drink cold food during menstrual period,overeat,angry easily,physical culture and sports during menstrual period,sensation of chill,abdominal pain,whose mother had dysmenorrhea when she was young and living in moist room,etc.Combinations of influences were sports,heredity,related conditions and sexual life;for dysmenorrhea TCM syndrome distribution,blood stasis took up 37.25%;syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood 27.10%;syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis was 24.49%;syndrome of kidney deficiency 6.67%;syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat 4.49%.Conclusion：The incidence of female college students＇ dysmenorrhea has a rising trend,and various facts could induce dysmenorrhea,which affects the quality of life of female college students.
