摘　　要：目的:优选栀子苷的提取方法。方法:采用水提法提取栀子苷,并用正交设计法优选最佳试验条件。结果:各因素对栀子苷的影响顺序为:提取次数>提取时间>溶剂用量。结论:优选的提取工艺重现性良好,稳定可行。Objective： To optimize the extraction technology of geniposide.Methods：The water-extracting processes were used and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal tests.Results：Of various factors on the extraction yield of geniposide,the order was extraction times,extraction time,amount of solvent.Conclusion：The optimized technology has good reproducibility and stability possible.
