仁术健胃颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎脾气虚证大鼠血清ET和NOS的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察仁术健胃颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)脾气虚证大鼠内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响,探讨仁术健胃颗粒预防和治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的机制。方法:大鼠(除正常组)采用自由饮用MNNG溶液,灌胃40%的酒精,饥饱失常,疲劳运动相结合的方法复制CAG脾气虚证模型。然后将CAG脾气虚证模型大鼠随机分为相应各组。实验末检测各组大鼠血清中的ET和NOS水平。结果:CAG脾气虚证模型组大鼠ET和NOS水平与正常组比较都显著升高(P<0.05);仁术健胃颗粒12g/kg可显著降低CAG大鼠ET水平(P<0.05),6g/kg和3g/kg剂量组剂量组可显著降低CAG大鼠NOS的水平(P<0.05)。结论:仁术健胃颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾气虚证与降低机体ET和NOS水平有关。Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese medicine Renzhu Jianwei Granula on ET and NOS contents in chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）rats with spleen-Qi deficiency and explore the mechanism of protecting CAG.Method：CAG rats with spleen-Qi deficency model were established with the comprehensive methods.Then the rats were randomly divided into CAG spleen-Qi deficiency model group,Weifuchun granule treatment group,high,middle and low dose of Renzhu Jianwei granule treatment groups.At the end of experiments ET and NOS contents were detected to observe the effect of Renzhu Jianwei Granula and explore the mechanism of protecting CAG.Results：Compared with the normal group,ET and NOS levels were significantly increased（P 0.05）in CAG rats with spleen-Qi deficiency model group;ET and NOS levels in Renzhu Jianwei granule groups decreased significantly compared with those in model group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Renzhu Jianwei granule can reduce ET and NOS levels which may be the mechanism of treating chronic atrophic gastritis.
