降逆和胃汤合云南白药治疗反流性食管炎肝胃郁热证临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过降逆和胃汤配合云南白药胶囊治疗反流性食管炎前后主要症状、RDQ积分变化及内镜分级变化来观察其临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照的临床设计方法,将研究对象分为治疗组与对照组各45例。治疗组用降逆和胃汤配合云南白药胶囊治疗,对照组口服奥美拉唑和多潘立酮治疗。结果:两组治疗前后对胸骨后烧心感、胸口痛、口中酸/苦味以及胃中不适感等症状的改善均有统计学意义,即第6周P<0.05,随访第1月P<0.001;其中胸口痛与胃中不适感在两组间随访第1月的比较中具有统计学意义,分别为P<0.05和P<0.001;治疗前后治疗组胃镜下总体疗效优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:降逆和胃汤合云南白药胶囊治疗反流性食道炎具有较好疗效。Objective： By using Jiang-ni-he-wei Decoction Yunnan Baiyao Capsule for RE before and after to estimate of clinical therapeutic effects,including the improvement of main symptoms,RDQ integral change and the change to the endoscopic classification.Methods： Using the randomized controlled method,the patients were divided into the treatment group and control group,and there were 45 cases in each group.The treatment group for oral Jiang-ni-he-wei Decoction Yunnan Baiyao Capsule,and control group for oral Prilosec and Domperidone.Respectively.Results：①Effects in the improvement of the retrosternal heartburn feeling,chest hurts,pantothenic acid in the mouth or bitter taste and other discomfort able symptoms of the two groups after treatment were superior to before treatment significantly（At the sixth week： P0.05;Follow-up the first month： P0.001）.②The comparison of the ease of the chest pain and discomfort in the stomach in 2 groups of the first month follow-up were statistically significant,P 0.05,P0.001.③The overall effect of the treatment group was superior to in control group significantly under the endoscopy,P0.05.Conclusion： The formula by using Jiang-ni-he-wei Decoction Yunnan Baiyao Capsule had significant therapeutic effects in treating RE clinically.
